Tell Congress to Support President Obama's Plan for Health Reform:

Being personal for a minute. My life has been unstable for 9 years, not having health insurance due to “pre-existing conditions.”

All I want is the right to PAY for health insurance instead of bearing the cost out of pocket. I paid into the system for 11 years, getting little out of it.

Health reform is very personal for me. It will change my LIFE. I spend 80% of the money I generate on health care related costs.

Yeah, 80%. I’ve chosen between food and health care, many, many times. Every civilized and even uncivilized country on earth has health care. Yeah it’s socialized medicine. So what.

We have socialized fire service, socialized security services, socialized education -what would you do without the fire department, police and the public school system?

No one should have to die because they can’t afford health care - OR because they CAN afford it and are being discriminated against.

Tell Congress to support the plan. This issue is affecting someone you love, someone in your family, a friend who never talks about it because they’re too proud or ashamed.
